Chef’s Home-made Soup of the Day (V)

Chicken Liver Parfait
served with toasted brioche, watercress and chutney

Deep fried Whitebait
served with dressed leaves and aioli


Main Courses

Fillet of Salmon
on watercress served with a medley of Mediterranean vegetables
 and new potatoes

Pork Loin
marinaded with lime juice, ginger and garlic on a flageolet bean
and new potato cassoulet with bok choi finished with a red wine jus

wrapped in filo pastry with chips, dressed leaves and cranberry sauce
